Each item undergoes a thorough quality check to ensure it meets our high standards before being shipped to you or your special recipient.
If you encounter any issues with your order, please reach out to us via email at cs@ugiftcorner.com and we’ll be happy to help resolve the problem. Personalized items can only be returned if there is a manufacturing error or product defect. In such cases, return the item in its original packaging and new condition for an exchange or a full refund.
All returns, exchanges, and refund requests must be made within 30 days of receipt. It will take 3-5 business days to process. For return address, please contact us via email at cs@ugiftcorner.com. Refund will be received in 7-10 business days once being processed.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
