Check out is a little glitchy and coupon codes are frustrating, but the product is amazing. My expectations were low and I was just ordering from here because another big name retailer canceled half my order for monogrammed stockings. I scrambled to find two more so my daughter and I had custom ones as well. Well, the ones from the other place (Ll bean) were terrible. Loose threads everywhere and glue still attached. These ones came out far superior with great embroidery and nice velvet. They look very nice hanging on our fireplace. We got the polar bear and the penguin and they are ridiculously cute! Exactly like the pictures. I was nervous about ordering from here but they shipped quickly and it worked out great. Not sure why there are so few reviews. I highly recommend!
